Upload your denial letter and policy documents. We analyse your case in minutes and show you exactly where you stand, what your options are, and what to do next.
Free assessment. You only pay if we find options for you.
We ask you to create a free account first, so your denial letter and any financial or medical details stay encrypted and locked to your account alone.

The process
Your denial letter, policy document, and any correspondence with your insurer. Everything stays private and encrypted.
We analyse the grounds for denial against your policy terms, relevant codes of practice, and AFCA precedent. Always free.
See your options and decide how far you want to go, from a strategic overview to a ready-to-send dispute letter.
A note from the founder
"I broke my back snowboarding in March 2025. My insurer almost knocked back my income protection claim. The only reason it moved forward is because I knew to say the word AFCA. Most people don't."
The Fair Claims Co exists because that knowledge shouldn't be a privilege. Every document we prepare is built to make sure you sound like someone who knows their rights, and what happens if those rights are ignored.
Pricing
You only pay when we find something worth pursuing.
We're upfront when there's nothing to pursue. You pay nothing.
Your best paths forward with a detailed breakdown of each option and how to pursue it.
A professionally drafted letter ready to send to your insurer, citing your policy terms and relevant grounds.
Scope
We prepare dispute documents for general insurance claim denials, where the Insurance Contracts Act applies and complaints can be escalated to AFCA.
Health insurance runs under different rules: the Insurance Contracts Act does not apply to it, and AFCA does not consider health insurance complaints. If a health insurer has denied your claim, raise it through the insurer's internal complaints process first, then take it to the Commonwealth Ombudsman, which handles private health insurance complaints free of charge, on 1300 362 072 or at ombudsman.gov.au.
The Fair Claims Co is a document preparation service. We don't give legal advice, but we do give you the tools, structure, and strategy to fight your own corner with confidence.
